Its a beautiful thing

Tonight when I get home my house will be a cool 75 degrees. Thank God for air conditioning that works. One good thing about this is that the tech informed my landlord that the ac unit is also a heating unit but its not hooked up for that right now... The reason this is a good thing is that this will be a whole lot more efficient than the wall heater that is what I use now. So it will work better and be cheaper to operate! Oh and the AC should run more efficiently too now that its been serviced. Which is a bummer because I am sure PG & E could use my money more than me.
