I have been milling over some ministry ideas with a few of my leaders, and put out some feelers with staff at the church about some of the ideas. Well apparently people are excited and talking about it because I have had several people approach me to see how they can get involved. These are not the norm when it comes to people volunteering for Jr High ministry either. At this point I am going to work with my leaders to help them to develop the areas that they will be heading up. So rather than do the work myself I want to help them do it so that they can run with it. After all, four leaders can do three different projects way better than I ever could on my own. These are some pretty cool, out of the box type of projects that will need a lot of resources and a strong infrastructure to survive, so please be praying for us while we take some ideas and turn them into effective ministry.
